Photo Event Shoots
Our Guarantee: If you are not happy with your photos or our coverage, you don't pay. Period.
Photo event shoots are generally by the hour, 1/2 (4 hour), or full day (8 hour), and quotes are provided based on the job. Our equipment is fully portable, and can come to you and your locations.
Event shoots include in office staff portraits, parties, awards ceremonies, convention services!
Most job rates include a high resolution CD Rom with unlimited copy right use, and preview of your photos on our web site as e-Contact Sheets. Many other Northern Virginia area photographers do not include these in your quote and charge extra after the job is completed.
Next, upload to our web site -- in some cases just moments after the shoot -- is included in our price. This will permit your press, people who attend your event, or your marketing team near instant access to your images. We can also provide a full resolution CD Rom, in many cases, after the shoot ends, and before we leave for the day.
Last, you have unlimited use of the photos we capture for you -- we retain a joint copy right. This permits you to use images many different times for cross promotional reasons. It's just a great bang for the buck. Many other Washington, DC photographers charge extra each time you want to utilize an image.
TRADITIONAL PRINTS: Or, in other cases, you might prefer traditional prints. A full range of sizes and papers are available. Worried about digital quality? Don't be. You'll never see a difference between our digital prints and traditional photographs. On site printing of custom photographs is also available.
NEWS COVERAGE:
Special rates are available for news coverage and news publications.
Rates include upload to the Internet in high resolution for press use. Secure or private links available. FTP to your site can be arranged and is included in your rate. Instant Image service is included in our press rate.
Special Discounts are available for 501-C-3 Not For Profit groups and foundations.
